Since 2006, Paik’s Noodle was launched in very competitive F&B area in Seoul, Korea
We have seen many Korean Chinese style restaurant which holding too many menu. Through our many years of experience in F&B business, it was likely bringing the result of decreasing the quality of menu and customer service in the restaurant. Then, with this very simple thought, we started to serve only brand representative menu.
For the past 13 years, we have launched 230 Paik‘s Noodle stores only in Korea. We believer our philosophy and business strategy wasn’t wrong it was little different from others. Paik’s Noodle is continuously upgraded along with F&B market trend.

The holy trinity of Chinese Korean food of black bean noodles (자장면), spicy seafood noodles (짬뽕) and sweet and sour pork (탕수육) is a must at this newly opened joint in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Tastes exactly the same from Korea and brought back the memories I had from this franchise. They have just opened, so get in quick to taste authentic Chinese Korean deliciousness! Thank you to the staff who have been so kind!

Excellent service, great food! We went here for more than 5 times, good place for lunch and dinner. Strongly recommend the seafood soup and stir fried seafood noodles!

First Time come to this Korean fast-food restaurant. Highly recommended try the Tang-suyuk. We separated the sauce and tenderloin, love the sweet flavor. We also ordered Black Bean Sauce Rice with Omelet, and Spicy Noodle soup. All tastes good. Staffs are pretty nice.
